On the afternoon of June 11, China Bester and Jingmen High-tech Zone Management Committee signed a cooperation agreement on the Jingmen Optoelectronics Industry Project. The product technology of Razor Optoelectronics, combined with the capital, market resources and corporate management of China Bester, will have a broader market prospect; with the steady advancement of China Bester's overseas market, related products can be further expanded in overseas markets. China Bester Jingmen Optoelectronics Industry Project, with a planned total investment of 360 million yuan, will be invested and constructed in two phases, of which 150 million yuan will be invested in the first phase to acquire the equity of Jingmen Razor Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (including land and plant) and expand the passive optical communication The production scale of device products; Phase II builds new workshops on reserved land and starts new projects according to development needs.
