On April 10th, the Fourth Standing Committee Meeting of the 4th Communication Engineering Construction Branch of China Association of Communications Enterprises was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. 145 Standing Committee members and representatives from all over the country attended the meeting. Li Liubing, chairman of China Bester Group, attended the meeting on behalf of the company.

Zhang Xiangli, Chairman of Communications Engineering Construction Branch, and Zhao Zhongxin, Vice Chairman of China Communications Enterprises Association, delivered speeches respectively. The conference deliberated and approved the work report of the fourth session of the fourth standing committee, the 2018 financial report, and the proposal on changing and adjusting the standing committee of the fourth session of the standing committee.

The conference held the 2018 National Excellent Information and Communication Engineering Construction Project Commendation Ceremony. The selection process of national outstanding information and communication engineering construction projects is rigorous. After three stages of compliance review, expert selection, and evaluation committee selection, a total of 99 high-quality communication projects were selected, including 4 gold awards and 95 silver awards.
