Safety is the premise of development, and development is the guarantee of safety. On April 25, Li Liubing, chairman of the China Bester Group, visited the Southern region before May Day to inspect and guide the work safety, and expressed condolences to grass-roots cadres and employees who fought on the front line. The Group’s director Rao Xuewei, marketing director Liu Weiguo, chief commercial representative (New energy) Zheng Gang, as well as the leaders from Southern region, Guangdong branch  attended the meeting.

In accordance with the deployment of the Group and in order to create a denser atmosphere of safety production, fulfill the responsibility of safety production, enhance the safety awareness of all staff, and build a strong defense line of safety production, the Southern region has recently organized and carried out a series of practical activities, all of which centered on the theme of "adhere to the law on production safety and be the the first person responsible". The activities included video education and training on the themes of safety accidents and traffic accidents, and emergency exercises. Furthermore, the Southern region has attentively and carefully investigated the hidden dangers through the general inspection of safety production, and fixed a specified period of rectification for the responsible persons, to ensure the effective investigation and management of hidden dangers .

The Chairman has communicated with and given guidance to the management of each region on the recent key work, and put forward requirements for the following work. The chairman pointed out that under the premise of compacting responsibility, we should really be the first responsible person. All units and departments should attach great importance to production safety, strengthen overall planning, combine the theme practice activities with the current key work of the company, and do a solid job in the investigation and management of hidden dangers. A more rigorous responsibility system, a more standardized operating mechanism, and a more efficient supervision procedure should be built actively. Resolutely adhere to the bottom line of safety production, and provide a strong guarantee for the steady growth of new infrastructure business and the comprehensive development of new energy business.
