On the occasion of the change of the year and the renewal of everything, I would like to, on behalf of the company, extend my best holiday wishes and sincere greetings to all the staff and their families who have made great contributions to the development of China Bester Telecom in the past year, as well as to our customers, partners and friends from all walks of life who have been caring and supporting China Bester Telecom for a long time.

Looking back over the year, it was full of hardships, fruitfulness, and a shining history. A pandemic occurred suddenly and posed unprecedented risks and challenges in the past year of 2020. From the end of January to the beginning of April, the company's cadres and staff were at the forefront, fighting the epidemic, protecting telecommunications and donating materials, and successfully completed the 5G base station construction of Huoshenshan and Leishenshan Hospital in Wuhan, as well as the construction and telecommunication network guarantee tasks of designated hospitals such as Jingzhou, Yichang, Xiangyang, Huanggang in Hubei, Nanjing in Jiangsu, Guangzhou in Guangdong and Guangxi. After the resumption of work and production, the company focused on the construction of 5G telecommunication network projects, and undertook the 5G wireless network construction task in 20 provinces and 84 prefectures (districts) of the three major telecom operators. In March 2020, China Bester Telecom held the stake of Guangdong Minnov Technology Co., Ltd. In November 2020, China Bester Telecom invested in Wuhan Hengxuntong Optoelectronics Co.,Ltd. In the same month, China Bester Telecom was awarded the "Most Popular Employer Award" and "Engineering Professional Strength Award" in the telecom service industry in 2020. In December 2020, China Bester Telecom won the bidding of DC5 Computer Room Foundation Auxiliary Project of Unicom Cloud Data Langfang Base. These achievements could not be achieved without the unremitting efforts and hard work of all the staff of China Bester Telecom. Hereby, on behalf of the board of directors and the management, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks and sincere respect to all the cadres and employees who fought in various positions of the company.

2021 is the most critical year after the listing of China Bester Telecom. Full recovery and substantial growth in performance are the urgent needs of the company's development and the ardent expectations of shareholders/board of directors and investors. "Development and Growth" is the theme of the year 2021, in order to achieve the goal of traditional business steadily improved, new business vigorously developed, company’s income substantially increased and enterprise profits comprehensively progressed, all our cadres and employees will strive to do the following: First, we will comprehensively improve our relationship with core customers, and achieve a substantial increase in the number of 5G bid-winning businesses. Second, all staff act, whole crew sales to comprehensively promote the development of DICT new infrastructure business. Third, vigorously support the development of international business, and strive to achieve domestic and international double cycle. Fourthly, start equipment sales business and contribute to the accelerated development of the subsidiary. Fifth, comprehensively improve the quality of service to ensure customer satisfaction. Sixth, strengthen corporate structure governance, and constantly improve the company's management ability. In the New Year, we will continue to deepen the corporate culture of "Forever Friends", persistently adhere to the purpose of "sincerity, responsibility, people-orientation and common progress"; hold onto the "centre of customer service" as always, stick to the "employee rooted and profit based" standard operation, continue to grow bigger and stronger to create greater value for employees, shareholders and the society.
