In order to prevent the disease from continuing to spread, the Wuhan Municipal Party Committee and Government decided to build a new Huoshenshan Hospital. On January 24, after receiving the task and quickly reporting to the company’s epidemic prevention and control emergency headquarters for approval, the leadership team of the first division of China Bester directly led the team to organize the survey, and was responsible for the deployment of the entire business line and the broadband backbone. On the evening of January 29, the Guangzhou office of China Bester received an urgent notice that it needed to add an anti-virus line to the Huangpu District Government, and the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University added two anti-virus lines and requested three lines. On February 3, the Nanjing Office of China Bester received an emergency notice that it needed to build two new base stations in the Nanjing Public Medical Center and required all 4G/5G networks to be opened. One of the sites was located on the roof of the confirmed ward. The time is tight, the task is heavy, and the risk is high. The Nanjing office immediately launched an emergency plan. On February 5, the deployment of 200 meters of transmission optical cables was completed; the installation of wireless equipment was completed on February 6, covering two sectors of the hospital; and the delivery was completed on February 7. This has ensured the unimpeded network communication of Guangxi "Xiaotangshan Hospital" and helped the epidemic control work.

Faced with the new crown pneumonia epidemic, masks are in short supply of medical supplies. On February 5, China Bester donated 5,000 masks to Guangxi Mobile and 3,000 masks to Guangxi Unicom to support communication security and epidemic prevention and control with practical actions.
