On the morning of April 28th, Hubei Mobile’s Deputy General Manager Tao Hua, General Manager Lu Denghua of the Engineering Department, Wuhan Mobile’s Deputy General Manager Xu Zhihua, and Engineering Department Manager Yang Wenbo and other leaders, accompanied by Zou Pengfei, Vice President of our company, Zeng Xiaohan, Vice Director of Central China Region, and Zhu Jiahui, Minister of Huawei Systems Department, went to the 5G site at the intersection of Dongxihu Jinshan Avenue and Xincheng 13th Road to investigate the construction safety and quality management of the project.

This site belongs to the second phase of China Mobile’s 5G network, the Hubei wireless network base station equipment installation project, and the 162nd project department of our Hubei business department is responsible for the construction. The main project content is a new set of 5G wireless equipment, including equipment installation, Lay out cables and optical cables, commissioning and operation.

The leaders of the research team learned in detail about the implementation of the on-site construction safety and quality management system of the 5G site, and listened to the introduction of the relevant person in charge on the current stage of construction arrangements and resource input. President Tao of Hubei Mobile pointed out that at this stage, it is necessary to further organize and accelerate the progress of the 5G project implementation, start with the end, and make arrangements for the project implementation in advance. It is necessary to implement the "12345" list management system, namely: 1 quality first, 2 work lines, 34 project management processes, and 5G boutique networks. The whole process should run through the "1316" system of demonstration stations, and each district will prepare three demonstration stations of 5G site, CRAN machine room, and transmission machine room, and use the model to guide the quality construction of the entire network, so as to "do things right once."

Finally, President Tao hoped that our project department would cooperate closely with the companies in various districts of China Mobile, and work together to complete the planned construction tasks assigned by the provincial company in advance.
