In June 2021, China Telecom announced the results of the centralized procurement of transmission equipment installation projects (first-class trunk lines) in 2021. China Bester won the bid for Shandong area which marked as the only private enterprise for three consecutive years. In November, China Mobile publicized the procurement results of construction services for the headquarter managed and self-built transmission equipment installation project (level 1 trunk line) from 2022 to 2023. Since 2013, China Mobile Group has carried out centralized bidding for the national level 1 trunk line equipment construction project. China Bester has won the bid for many times and it will continue to obtain more share of the project this year.

In the national centralized procurement of China Mobile's 2022-2023 communications engineering construction, China Bester won the bidding in Beijing and Hainan of the secondary trunk line pipeline project and Shanghai and Hubei of the secondary trunk line equipment installation project, with a total bid amount of 678 million yuan.

In addition, China Bester won the bidding in Zhejiang and Jiangxi regions in the centralized procurement project of construction services of China Unicom Backbone Transmission Network Construction Project (equipment installation) in 2020-2021 with the winning amount of 28.364 million yuan. Apart from that, it has won the bid of 74.7931 million yuan in the procurement of DC5 BS Basic Supporting Project (construction of supporting project for customer) of China Unicom Cloud Data Langfang Base. China Bester has successively obtained large orders in trunk line projects from the three major domestic operators which fully demonstrated the group's leading advantages and market competitiveness as a leading enterprise in telecom construction.
