In response to the current situation of tight construction schedules, heavy tasks, and many black spots in the 5G network project in Longgang District that our company is responsible for, the company held a special analysis meeting, carefully listened to the relevant situation report, and after full discussion, made the following deployment:

☆ 1. Establish key projects Headquarters, the group is in charge of leading the organization to supervise the battle, efficiently deploying human and financial resources, and formulating 5G related policies for rushing to work;

☆2. From the Shenzhen branch to the project department, all employees enter the "white + black" "5+2" rush work mode, and cadres at all levels work together in the unified war room of the mobile company;

☆3. The Shenzhen branch must organize equipment transmission professionals to analyze the plans for the next day one by one every night, and make plans for possible problems;

☆4. Set up three emergency teams. The leaders of the Shenzhen branch went to the frontline site to solve the technical problems and coordination problems encountered in the construction work on the spot, so as to raise the problems on the spot, say on the spot if there are difficulties, and make measures on the spot.

☆5. It is required that the front-end operation team and back-end process of the site planned on the day do not rest, and the back-end work overnight;

☆6. Actively seek support and assistance from the local government, Party A, and horizontal units to solve project stuck points as efficiently as possible.

With the rapid increase in new delivery sites, issues such as time urgency, complex construction site conditions, and difficulty in construction have become prominent. Our Shenzhen branch faces challenges, actively responds, and actively deploys construction forces.
