According to the overall planning and layout of the construction of the company's intelligent computing  center and the conditions of all parties and market demand, China Bester decided to invest in the construction of the intelligent computing center in Hefei after a series of research and investigation.The data room in Hefei, constructed by Rongboda Cloud Computing Company covers an area of 20,000 square meters, with overall planning construction area of 40,000 square meters, the PUE value under 1.3, approved energy consumption index of 24,600 tons of standard coal, and the annual power index of 200,2685 million degrees. The conditions of the data room can fully meet the needs of the 3000P computing power center invested by China Bester in Hefei. Recently, the agreement on the acquisition of 70% equity of Rongboda Cloud Computing by China Bester has been signed, and the change of industrial and commercial equity has been completed this week.The construction of China Bester’s intelligent computing Center in Hefei has been on a faster track from now on.

Recently, Mr. Li Liubing, the chairman of China Bester, and his delegation visited Hefei, and exchanged views with Mr. Lu Lei, the Director of the Management Committee of Hefei Shushan Economic Development Zone, and other leaders on accelerating the construction of Hefei Intelligent Computing Center, implementing the early completion of follow-up power supporting facilities, the fast delivery of equipment room facilities and equipment, and the strong support from the government policies. The both parties would reach an agreement on responsibility goals in the near future. It is hoped that the two sides can carry out more active and in-depth cooperation to add impetus to the establishment of national development zones with the advantages of environmental industry and digital economy during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.  As a state-level economic and technological development zone approved by the State Council, Hefei Shushan Economic and Technological Development Zone is the first big data town in Anhui, the provincial modern service industry cluster demonstration zone and innovative smart park pilot unit, and has won the national honor of "Digital Smart Park". The development zone is located in the core area of Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center, surrounded by a number of universities and research institutes represented by the University of Science and Technology of China and the Hefei Institute of Physical Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. China Bester Hefei Intelligent Computing Center will give priority to serving the computing needs of the park and promote the rapid and healthy improvement of the large model training of the park.

At present, the construction area of the first phase of Hefei Intelligent Computing Center is 13,500 square meters, with the civil engineering of the park network and computer room having been completed. Computer room’s power supply ,heating and ventilation, fire control, decoration and other projects will start at the end of July, with the procurement of related equipment’s being pressed forward, and servers and graphics cards’ arriving in parts. The first phase of the project is led by China Bester Cloud Network Company, with Tianjin Institute of the Group being involved. It is planned to be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter, to realized the ability to provide computing power services as soon as possible.

As an important infrastructure for artificial intelligence model training and deployment, China Bester’s  Intelligent Computing Center in Hefei can provide AI enterprises with artificial intelligence model training, reasoning, rendering and other services. For the computing services currently under construction, key customers have clear demand intentions, and some of the orders are in progress. The company will steadily promote the implementation according to the project construction progress and the differentiated needs of customers, and maximize social and economic benefits while providing high-quality operational services to meet customer needs.
