On October 25, China Bester Group Telecom Co.,Ltd. signed an equity transfer agreement with Cloud Engine (Beijing) Network Technology Co., Ltd. and Youyun Yihe Technology Co., Ltd. in Beijing. China Bester Group Telecom Co.,Ltd. acquired 100% of the shares of Tianjin Post and Telecommunications Design Institute Co., Ltd. The representatives of both parties signed the equity transfer agreement and officially transferred the management rights.
