In December 2018, the "2018 China Communications Network Operation and Maintenance Service Annual Conference" hosted by the Communications Network Operation Professional Committee of the China Association of Communications Enterprises was held in Beijing. The annual conference focused on the theme of "Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Innovative Services", with more than 400 guests and representatives attended. Leaders of China Association of Communications Enterprises, directors and deputy directors of professional committees, and representatives of standing committee units and council units attended the annual meeting. At the annual meeting, all parties discussed the maintenance services, operation services, network optimization, intelligent maintenance, construction of network operation and maintenance digitization and artificial intelligence under the new communication requirements and application environment. Many guests successively gave wonderful speeches around the theme of the conference.

Bester participated in this event as a co-organizer and was awarded the title of "2017-2018 Communication Network Operation and Maintenance Service Customer Satisfaction Enterprise". This is the sixth consecutive year that our company has won this honor. As an invited guest, Mr. Li Liubing, the chairman of the company, gave a speech on the theme of "full life cycle project management", and further introduced the company’s advanced project management experience to industry colleagues: "full life cycle project management" is to form a full life cycle project management system centered on project key node control through different management in the industry, practice of the model, the study of advanced foreign management knowledge and concepts, and the exchange of management experience in and outside the industry. The establishment of a full life cycle project management system has improved Management efficiency, reduced business operating costs, ensured customer satisfaction and the company's competitive advantage.
