This agreement marks the start of collaboration after several months of effective communication, with the cooperation first taking place in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions. China Bester's computing team and relevant leaders from Huawei Beijing have conducted in-depth discussions and reached consensus on strengthening talent cultivation, procurement and service cooperation in information and telecommunication products and solutions, and jointly promoting the computing cluster projects in the North China region.

To ensure the smooth progress of the cooperation, both parties will establish a cooperation coordination mechanism and conduct exchanges on market information, industry trends, technological innovation, and corporate culture based on their needs. The senior leadership of both parties will establish an on-demand/irregular mutual visit system to ensure smooth communication and exchange in cooperation.

This week, both parties will jointly promote the construction of the first phase of the computing cluster to serve customers in Beijing and surrounding areas. The technical plan for the cluster has been basically determined, and related equipment procurement is under way. In the later stages, based on the customer's application, both parties will expand the scale of the computing cluster to provide customers with more powerful intelligent computing capabilities. At the same time, both parties will collaborate in areas such as vertical industry applications and the construction of computing ecosystems, aiming to promote the implementation of projects as soon as possible.

To facilitate the collaboration between the two parties, China Bester established a wholly-owned subsidiary named Beijing China Bester Cloud Digital Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. in Beijing in December 2023. The first tranche of funding for the Beijing subsidiary has been received, and the relevant management and technical teams have been assembled and are in place. A detailed work plan and annual tasks have been formulated, and all work is progressing as planned.
