China Telecom’s 20-21 headquarters direct management project (cloud resource pool and other majors) engineering construction centralized bidding projects set a total of 10 bid sections according to the specific implementation provinces, and the construction content includes the cloud resource pool directly managed by the headquarters in 20 and 21 years, etc. Construction services for professional projects, as well as construction services for similar emergency projects initiated before the next batch of similar project construction services winning bidders are determined. China Bester won the bid for the important areas of China Telecom's Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei data center-Beijing and Tianjin, with a total bid of 8.0285 million yuan.

China Telecom's 2020 transmission equipment installation project construction project is divided into 26 bid sections. The specific project construction content includes China Telecom's ROADM network expansion project in South China, North China, Southwest and Northwest China, government and enterprise OTN transmission projects, and international transmission projects, etc. A number of projects carried out the installation and commissioning of WDM and OTN equipment in the corresponding provinces. China Bester won the bid for the Shandong area, which is the second time that the company won the bid for the Tianjin area of the project in 2019.
