On May 16, Li Liubing, Chairman of China Bester Group, accompanied by Zhang Hongtao, Assistant President of the Group Company and Director of the Northern Region, went to Tianjin Post and Telecommunications Design Institute for on-site inspection and development planning discussion. Chairman Li visited the new office building of Tianjin Design Institute, carefully understood the area, function, and equipment configuration of each department, and listened to the work reports of the heads of each department on production and operation, market expectations, development plans, and response measures. Guiding opinions were put forward for the pain points, difficulties and strategic development planning in production and operation.

Chairman Li affirmed the achievements made by Tianjin Design Institute and expressed his gratitude to all employees of Tianjin Institute for their efforts. He pointed out that this year is a crucial year after the listing of China Bester. It will stabilize the existing regional business and strengthen cooperation with both inside and outside the industry. Cooperation, increasing business development efforts, developing new energy and artificial intelligence businesses, comprehensively improving corporate profits, and achieving "breaking the game" are the development priorities of China Bester Group this year. Mr. Li requested Tianjin Post and Telecommunications Design Institute, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group, to actively explore markets including construction, product sales, and new energy, and expand its business areas and regions on the basis of its existing design business; Tianjin Institute should pay attention to Talent training and employees’ satisfaction with the company, continuously improve service capabilities, the size of the service team, and the technical level of core personnel; further required Tianjin Institute to strengthen and improve the management level and strengthen the problem list management on the basis of its achievements to facilitate work efficiency and profitability.
